SIAMESE DREAMS Next Level Outreach invites you to participate as a sponsor in our innovative initiative entitled the “J for a J” Dress Shoe Scholarship. This event will award 20 exceptional graduating males and females from around the Birmingham area with a new pair of Johnston and Murphy Dress Shoes! Our programs cannot exist without your contribution. By donating to this cause, you are supplying tangible support that will ultimately have an intangible impact. It is our hope that you too will vicariously experience the excitement and fulfillment of knowing that you have contributed in equipping leaders of the next generation with a new pair of dress shoes to literally and figuratively "Walk into their Purpose."

We are politely asking that all donations be given by May 1st to give us sufficient time to prepare for the event on May 28th.

Please note that the tier amounts below only serve as a guideline. ANY amount that you are able to donate will be greatly appreciated!

❖ Cap-Toe - PRESENTING • Contribution: $1500 (will cover cost of 5 pairs of dress shoes, shoe shine kits, embossed portfolio, shoe trees and socks)•Will have opportunity to give remarks at awards banquet

❖ Oxford • Contribution: $750 (will cover cost of 3 pairs of dress shoes, shoe shine kits, embossed portfolio, shoe trees and socks)

❖ Wingtip • Contribution: $500 (will cover cost of 2 pairs of dress shoes, Siamese Dreams embossed portfolio, shoe trees, and pen)
